What do I do with UV flatbed printer flying ink?

The main reasons for flying ink in UV printer are:

First: static electricity. If the UV printer is in a low humidity and dry environment, it is easy to generate static electricity between the nozzle and the material, resulting in flying ink in the printing process.

Second: the nozzle voltage is too high. If the voltage displayed by the indicator light on the nozzle board is red and gives an alarm, there will be flying ink in the process of use.

Third: if the machine is used for a long time, the machine nozzle will be disconnected, which will inevitably lead to the flying ink of the machine.

Fourth: the pulse spacing of the nozzle ignition controlled by the electronic control system is unreasonable. The electronic control system controls the unreasonable pulse distance between nozzle ignition, resulting in ink flying phenomenon.

Fifth: the nozzle is too high. Generally, the height between the nozzle and the material should be controlled between 1mm and 20mm. If the nozzle exceeds its own spraying range, ink flying will certainly occur.
