YC1016 flatbed UV printer adopts the UV-led curable and direct printing technology. It comes with Japanese industrial Ricoh printheads. It use Drop-on demand piezo electric printhead technology , and Printhead voltage is adjustable by woftware, printhead have automatic cleaning system, automatic dry-precenting system.

The printhead type have : EPSON DX5 / DX7 / XP600 / TX800 / Ricoh GEN5 / GH2220 / TOSHIBA CE4M. The printhead quantity could be 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 / 8. It use UV ink , so it is different with normal ink, it is quick-dry, so the printing speed will be fast.

It uses ICC based color, curves and density adjustment, can print C Y M K W V according to your request.

With high precision: 3.5PL drop volume, with 600 * 900dpi; 1200 * 600dpi;  1200 * 900dpi; 1200 * 1200dpi optional in the Rip software with different pass for high quality accuracy.
