Print head technology is piezoelectric print head printing. No heat when working, so it can avoid aging. Its production speed can reach up to 6-12sqm/h.Color with CMYK white and varnish optional for glossy surface printing. Media thickness is 100mm, higher can be customized. Adopt white ink automatic circulation system to avoid white ink precipitation. Aluminum alloyed platform for easy operation and save energy. Equipped with self-researched cold drawn and high-strength aluminum beam, applied ultra strength aerial aluminum material, it ensures printing precision and stability, guarantee the perfect output. Water circulating cooling system for UV LED lamps. Automatic Height Measurement, printer can automatically measure the distance. Can automatically clean and automatically moisturize. Use high precision mute liner guide rail, long service life, high stability, immensely decrease noise while printer is printing. The rotary device is mounted above the vacuum suction platform, which realize both the flat material and cylinder objects printing, like bottles or cups. With our printer, 3D embossing technology is available with vivid printing effect.
Maintenance:
The machine should work in an environment with a temperature of 20 to 30 degrees and a humidity of 40% to 60%. If the printer is not used for a long time, wash the printheads with the cleaning fluid and place them in a cool place as far as possible out of light and not blown by the wind.
