YC1016 flatbed UV printer adopts the UV-led curable and direct printing technology. It comes with Japanese industrial Ricoh printheads. It use Drop-on demand piezo electric printhead technology , and Printhead voltage is adjustable by woftware, printhead have automatic cleaning system, automatic dry-precenting system.

The printhead type have : EPSON DX5 / DX7 / XP600 / TX800 / Ricoh GEN5 / GH2220 / TOSHIBA CE4M. The printhead quantity could be 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 / 8. It use UV ink , so it is different with normal ink, it is quick-dry, so the printing speed will be fast.

You has many reason to choose the 1016: anti-crash equipment to protect the printhead, so that the life of the printhead would be longer; anti-static, reduce the ink over spray caused by static, improve the printing quality.,automatic height measurement , printer can automatically measure the distance between printhead and material, it’s automatic, easy to operate, by the way , the thickness of the media is 0-100mm, the higher can be customized; the LED lamp, it has energy conversation, and make least heat, so the temperature of the machine would not be changed by this lamp.

It is multifunctional,because the printing materials can be plastics, wood, glass, metals, leather, foam board, stone, PVC, acrylic, ceramics, tiles, marble stone, etc. It can print 3D or relief effect with white ink and also varnish or gloss optional. It uses ICC based color, curves and density adjustment, can print C Y M K W V according to your request.

With high precision: 3.5PL drop volume, with 600 * 900dpi; 1200 * 600dpi;  1200 * 900dpi; 1200 * 1200dpi optional in the Rip software with different pass for high quality accuracy. All in all, it is absolutely a cost-effective printer with the factory support, best choice for high quality and small amount production work.
